Example: If you purchase (15) items, you will still be charged the (1) Priority Mail Flat Rate Box Price.

Please Note: Pagan-Mart does (NOT) charge a handling fee, or any other type of extra fees, and only charges exactly what it cost to ship your package. When you receive your package the postage amount is clearly printed on the postage label.

UPDATE 2008: Due to Massive Amounts of Fraud Scams (people trying to get something for nothing) Pagan-Mart has been forced to change a few of their Refund, Return, Replacement policy's or close our doors. We do hope all of our Wonderful Customers "Our Friends" will understand our changes and why we were forced to do them.

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES: (Step 1) When you receive your package OPEN IT the day you receive it. DO NOT WAIT! (Step 2) Carefully check your shipment upon receipt. (Step 3) Any shortage or damage **MUST** be reported to Pagan-Mart the same day the package is received.(Step 4) you can do this by clicking on the "Returns" page and filling out the "Return/Replacement/Credit Authorization Request" form (Step 5) click the Action Request button of the action you would like taken. (Step 6) Give a full detail of the issue at hand. (Step 7) Someone from Pagan-Mart will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Insured Packages received damaged take to the U.S. Post Office immediately just as it was received to file your claim for a FULL REFUND of purchased price.

It is highly suggested by Pagan-Mart to insure all packages at the time of check out due to Pagan-Mart DOES NOT refund or replace items damaged in the mail. Pagan-Mart ships all packages marked, Fragile, Handle With Care, Do Not Bend, to insure safe delivery.

Pagan-Mart DOES NOT refund or replace lost packages. Please make sure your email address and shipping address are correct. If your package ends up in "Tim Buck Too" it is not our fault that your information was not correct.

Pagan-Mart only ships to the address you provide at the time of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS! If it is not on your accout at the time of purchase Pagan-Mart WILL NOT alter the shipping address. This action protects the buyer if someone has stolen their credit card information and are trying to have merchandise shipped to a fraud address.

HOW TO RECEIVE A REFUND: Pagan-Mart does not want a customer to keep an item they are not happy with, and will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price.

Pagan-Mart™ has a 7-day return policy from the date the package was received. All shipping is tracked! *Returns will **NOT** be accepted 8 or more days after customer has received the product.

Please Note: It takes the same amount of time to return an Item via Priority Mail as it does for the customer to receive it.

If returning a package for a full refund of the purchased price, (Step 1) click on the "Returns" page and filling out the "Return/Replacement/Credit Authorization Request" form (Step 2) click the Action Request button of the action you would like taken. (Step 3) Give a full detail of the issue at hand. (Step 4) Someone from Pagan-Mart will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request. (Step 5) A returning package *MUST* be returned via Priority Mail, with tracking, and tracking information must be emailed to Pagan-Mart. NO Exceptions!

Please do not email stating the package was shipped with no priority mail tracking number, that is proof of shipping. No Proof of Shipping, No Refund, No Exceptions!

Priority Mail shipping with tracking insures your Purchase Price Refund as well as insures the item is returned to Pagan-Mart.

Again, Pagan-Mart does not want a customer to keep an item they are not happy with it, and will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price the same day the package is received.

Shipping Charges are NOT refunded: because the postage cost was paid to the United States Post Office to ship the Customer's package. Not Pagan-Mart.

Replacements of all hand crafted items: all hand crafted items are checked 100% before shipping, but some times things do happen. If an item (example: Prayer Beads are damaged when received, crystal is broken, come unstrung, broken claps), (Step 1) click on the "Returns" page and filling out the "Return/Replacement/Credit Authorization Request" form (Step 2) click the Action Request button of the action you would like taken. (Step 3) Give a full detail of the issue at hand. (Step 4) Someone from Pagan-Mart will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request. (Step 5) For Replacement of a damaged item a photo of the damages *MUST* be emailed to Pagan-Mart showing damage before a replacement will be shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Again, we here at Pagan-Mart are so sorry for the extreme measures our customers have to take in the Replacement / Return / Refund procedures. But, due to Massive Amounts of Fraud Scams (people trying to get something for nothing) Pagan-Mart has been forced to change, or close our doors.
